It turned out to be fricken awesome!
I found myself thinking about this movie heaps. Not only does Dakota Fanning play the part of Cherie Currie (completely drug messed) so well, Kristen Stewart is brilliant as Joan Jett, and I think she can actually sing.
I actually got kind of inspired by their story...
The whole "Just because i'm a girl doesnt mean I can kick your ass AND be in an awsome all girl band" thing.
Sadly to admit, I actually wondered what it would be like to be a lesbian... o_O
So watching this movie actually made me want to start an all girl rock band.
I actually thought about trying to get signed to Blackheart Records.!
What got me, were the outfits. The clothes that the girls wear in this movie are so fitting of the era but ROCK for right now! I just loved it!!!
Everyone should check it out.. at least for the red leather jumpsuit..!
